The Prosecutor's Office of Georgia has filled the charge against two persons detained within the investigation of the murder case on Khorava Street. M.M. was charged under part 2 of Article 372 of the Criminal Code of Georgia (subornation of a witness to change a testimony accompanied by an offer of some kind of material benefit) and M.S. was charged under the Article 376 of the Criminal Code of Georgia (failure to report a particular serious crime).
Within the current investigation, was established that M.M. had an impact on the M.K., eyewitness of the murder committed in the vicinity of Khorava Street N4, in order to change the testimony given to the investigation, namely, M.M. has handed a sum of money to the eyewitness for the several times and promised, that if he would change the information provided to the investigation during the testimony of the court and didn’t blame G.J. in crime, in such case he would help him financially and in case of expected complications, he would provide supports of Media and wide masses of society.
According to the investigation, was also established, that on December 1 after the murder of two minors in the vicinity of Khorava Street N4 in Tbilisi, M.S. was informed about the crime of G.J., which he did not inform to the law enforcement bodies.
The Prosecutor's Office of Georgia has already applied to the court with the petition of imprisonment for the defendants.
