An informational meeting on legal issues with the public has been organized by the Mtskheta Regional Prosecutor’s office.
The Deputy Regional Prosecutor of Mtskheta, Archil Bedukadze, together with a representative of the Public Registry and a notary public, provided information on such crimes as fraudulently depriving a plot of land and forgery of documents.
At the meeting, the ways to avoid these crimes were discussed and special attention was paid to the criminal liability that is imposed if such crimes are committed.
The event was organized as part of the project – the Public Prosecutor. Its goal is to raise the public awareness on legal issues, to prevent crime and to strengthen the trust in the Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia.
