The Office of the Chief Prosecutor of Georgia Hosted Students

The Office of the Chief Prosecutor of Georgia hosted students. About 100 students from various universities participated in the event organized under the initiative of the Young Criminologists Group.
Londa Toloraia, Deputy Head of the department of Prosecutorial Activities Supervision and Strategic Development, the Office of the Chief Prosecutor of Georgia, talked the students about the system of the Prosecution Service, functions of prosecutors and current internship program at the Chief Prosecutor’s Office. Students also were informed about the role of prosecutor on the stages of investigation and court proceedings. Within the framework of the meeting, students asked questions and expressed their opinions about the issues within the competence of prosecutor.
The Office of the Chief Prosecutor of Georgia will continue cooperation with the Young Criminologists Group and will engage in all projects focused on improvement of legal consciousness of young generation.
